No-Compromise Rock Sound

On the Rock contains 15 elaborate construction kits in a classic format. Each of the seven kits has between seven and thirteen parts, including intro, outro, verse, chorus (with different variations), turns and breaks. With this structure, you can build a complete basic arrangement in a matter of minutes. Typically, the parts are at least eight bars long, with some loops going up to 16 bars. The complexity of the construction kits allows you to create lively and varied tracks. Of course, you can also just pick certain elements of a kit and use them as classic sample loops for remixes or crossover tracks.

Rock From Three Different Decades

As well as a full mix, drum mix and backing, each kit contains all the instruments as individual tracks. This makes it easy to edit, mix or swap instruments. On the Rock includes an acoustic drum kit, electric bass, electric and acoustic guitars and organs. All instruments have been played by experienced studio musicians using high quality equipment to preserve the powerful sound of the instruments and amplifiers. Special attention has been paid to recording the drums with multiple, carefully placed microphones: Bass drum (in/out), snare (top/bottom), overheads, room mics, toms and hi-hat. All drums are available as perfectly prepared individual tracks, ready to be treated individually with dynamics, equalisers, effects or even drum replacement tools. Or you can always go back to the professional drum mixdown for direct use in time-critical productions.

Whether you need song starters, complete backings or a source for single sample loops, this is the library for you! The construction kits are also suitable for jingles, trailers, TV and radio commercials, film scoring, games and presentations, wherever rock sounds are required.
