Michael Fetscherhttp://www.flavoredtune.comBiography
In 1996 Michael released his first solo album called "Camden". Some of this songs were a basic part of the playlist from DJ's in the club scene of Sao Paulo (Brasil). Further releases followed by his bands "Petgroove" and "Faded Traces". The german TV-channel "3sat" labeled Petgroove as "the new definition of Jazz" and their songs were played on "Viva", the german answer to "MTV". Since the 1990s Michael was more and more interested in electronic music, mainly played on analog synthesizers. As he bought his first hardware sampler he quickly noticed that this will change everything. For him this instrument - as he calls it - represents the fourth dimension of music next to rhythm, melody and harmony. A deep discourse on a scientific base arose together with Bernd Konrad which lead to their own sample archiv. In 2009, this archive was released on DVD under the name "Studio Works" by Ueberschall. |
